Dear CSL Manatee Community,

In accordance with our By-Laws -- to give at least 45-day notice for a Special Meeting, this email notifies you that on October 18, 2026, at 11:00 am, Center for Spiritual Living Manatee, and I as the last remaining Board Member will hold a meeting to dissolve CSLM. The meeting will be virtual, on ZOOM. The ZOOM link for the meeting follows:

The agenda as of this writing is:

- Review how we arrived at this point.
- Present a Treasurer's Report including deferred compensation for our former minister.
- Any additional steps to comply with Centers for Spiritual Living's requirements.
- Vote of members in attendance.

Prior to this, we will be meeting with Rev. Nan Bankston, Senior Director of Global Support Services of Centers for Spiritual Living for her direction and guidance through this process.
