11:57:35 From david : The thing about theories, color-coded or not, is that the lower levels are always well-defined, and the highest stage is more nebulous. And, consciousness of individuals are at different levels, with the "national consciousness" being the sum? I think we are being dragged away from 1st world problems, like mobile phone use, to 2nd and 3rd world problems, like rights, freedom and survival.
